All prices are listed in UK pounds in the dedicated wholesale section of our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
RETAIL PRICING:
Please make sure you keep in line with our RRP at all times, if you are wishing to sell our products at any retail fairs or events please inform us beforehand.
OPENING ORDERS:
Our minimum order value is £100. Orders must be paid for prior to shipping via the wholesale section of our website.
RE-ORDERS:
Please reorder via our website.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to [email protected]
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Our delivery times are usually between 5 and 14 days dependent on the size of your order and the time of year. We deliver 1st Class recorded on wholesale orders within the U.K this is free on orders above £150.00. International orders will incur different delivery costs. Please contact [email protected] for a quote.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
PACKAGING
All jewellery will be packaged in branded gift boxes or on presentation cards. Please refer to individual product descriptions for further info.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Email [email protected] within 5 days of receipt of damaged or incorrect items. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 30 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
